Nominate Yourself as a Mentor

If you think you would make a good mentor for others at your company, you can nominate yourself on the Career Development Succession Profile.

To nominate yourself as a mentor:

1. Click the Your account icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
2. Click Total Talent Profile.
3. Click Mentoring.
4. In the Relationships as Mentor section, click the Change link.
   The Change Mentor Status dialog displays.
5. Check Yes and click Submit.
   After your manager approves you as a mentor, your name will appear in applicable Mentor search results.
